• Plantain Chin Chin

Which one is plantain chin chin again? Yes Afrolems has come again. I started playing around with this recipe at some point last year and even posted it on my snapchat. Alas a few months later, I decided to come back to this recipe. I had some plantain that was about to go bad in the house and I did not feel like making mosa out of it so I decided to revisit this recipe. For the next few recipes I will post, I used this plantain dough as a base and just handled it differently. What I loved about this recipe was the fact that it was not a very sweet chin chin recipe. It was savory to an extent and i had to rely on the sweetness of the plantain for it which made it delicious for me. It also made me munch on a little more than I should have but it’s no problem. I have some snack for the week. Enjoy my plantain chin chin recipe.
