• Asun Flavoured Indomie

Boarding house in Queens College Yaba Lagos was the hub of all kinds of illegal food experimentations. Some came out just fine while others well let’s just say our stomach would frown at us for indulging in such atrocities lol. A very popular combination however was Indomie and suya and that granted me the inspiration for this very simple dish. I had some boiled goat meat in the fridge and decided to spice up my indomie. Enjoy this simple short recipe.

    Ingredients

    2 Packs of Indomie

A handful of chopped  seasoned goat meat

A handful of chopped spring onions

A handful of chopped red pepper

A handful of chopped green pepper

    1 tablespoon of butter

    Method

Boil the noodles without the seasoning and set aside.
