• Potato avec Shrimp et Fish Medley

    Hello Afrolems Fans and Followers,

    Hope everyone had an amazing weekend. On our Facebook Page, we promised everyone a surprise. Well one of the surprises is that we are starting the Afrolems Healthy Challenge. We are giving up a few things and trying a few new recipes. The first thing we are giving up is drinks. No juice, no pop, no alcohol. We are going full blast with just water. To add taste to our water, we are adding cucumber slices and lemon. Be sure to share your stories when you lose a few inches.

    The second surprise is a little video that was made from a meal I had last week. I boiled, seasoned and grilled potatoes with their skin.(I heard the skin has extra nutrients 🙂 ) Grilled shrimp and fish were also in the mix with a sweet and sour vegetable sauce.
