I find Salmon is just the type of fish that a lot of people who may not like fish seem to fall in love with. Especially when salmon is grilled with the right blend of spices and the right kind of butter. Salmon can be consumed without worrying about excess contaminants or mercury and it is high in Vitamin D. Salmon is also a great source of B12, Niacin, Selenium, B6 and magnesium. Today also being Good friday, traditionally many christians choose fish as a replacement for meat so Salmon would be a great option. Happy Good Friday from Afrolems!
