    Recipe For the Afrolems Sandwich

    *2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread

    *1 cup of Chopped Lettuce

    * 2 slices of Tomatoes

    * 1 slice of onions

    *1/4 cup of Cheddar Cheese

    *1 tablespoon of Parmesan Cheese

    *1 Tablespoon of Mayonnaise

    *1/4 cup of Grilled Chicken slices

    Method

    *Wash Your Vegetables

    *Toss your lettuce, tomato, onions in a bowl

    *Mix in the cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese and toss in the grilled chicken slices

    *Stir in the Mayonnaise and put in the fridge to cool for 45 minutes

    *Serve with Bread.

    Note: The bread could be white bread or any type of bread also the mayonnaise could be fat-free mayonnaise. It is all preferential.
